If customers want to produce display books, we provide two solutions including semi-automatic and fully automatic solutions.

For our semi-automatic solution, many production processes are required from inner page forming to display book binding. Except for the film blow machine and sheet drawing machine, other equipment are all semi-automatic machines. This solution shows high cost performance and is suitable for customers with smaller budgets.

• Display book inner page molding
  First PP raw materials are made into PP sheets by a PP film blow extrusion machine; Then the welding molding of inner pages is completed by an automatic display book punched pocket making machine.
• Display book cover molding
  First PP raw materials are made into PP sheets by CPP cast film machine; Then the PP sheets are pressed by a die cutting and creasing machine and cut into display book covers according to your size requirements.
• Spine label forming
  File spine pocket sealing machine adopts the instant heating principle of electric heating wires to install a spine label pocket with illustrations on the spine of the formed display book cover.
• Display book products
  The inner pages and cover of the display book are melted and combined by ultrasonic plastic welding machine. The principle is that the plastic interface produces severe friction, which produces heat, melting the interface and combine the pieces completely realizing the forming of the display book.

The other solution is a fully automatic solution. The inner page molding and welding can be realized only by an automatic blow film extrusion machine. The molding and spine label making of display books can also be completed synchronously. The automatic solution greatly shortens the processes of inner page molding and spine label forming, which can not only save labor but also greatly increase production efficiency.

  PP raw materials are made into barrel film by a PP film blow extrusion machine.
• Display book cover molding
  First PP raw materials are made into PP sheets by CPP cast film machine; Then the PP sheets are pressed by die cutting and creasing machine and cut into display book covers according to your size requirements.
• Display book products
  Through the fully automatic A4 pocket display book production line, inner page pockets can be divided into two stacks and welded onto the cover, finishing the forming of the display books.
