DOGNHE has been devoted to stationery machinery production for 26 years and has rich experience in this field. With many experienced research team members, we have been recognized many times by the National Science and Technology Department of China and once participated in a National Torch Plan. During the process of research and development for our machinery, we focus on energy efficiency, emissions reduction, and user-friendly operation. Take our CPP cast film line for example. The power consumption of this equipment is just 60% compared to similar products and it adopts coaxial multi-roll technology, which greatly reduces the slitting process time. We have established good relationships with our customers. We help them train technicians and maintain good communication with them over time. Therefore, many PP stationary manufactures in China, such as Deli, Comix, M&G, and Guangbo choose DONGHE as their supplier of equipment.
Quality control
Machine parts are manufactured using a precise computer processing center. Then, after strict quality inspection according to drawings by our parts quality inspection workers, they are sent for assembly.
After assembly, we will carry out test running and debugging of mechanical equipment before leaving the factory according to customer samples to ensure the quality of the machine and finished products yield.
After test running, the products will be checked by customers on our site before leaving the factory.
Our machine parts are all strictly selected. For example, the main reduction gearbox is imported from Italian company ROSSI. The winding center controller is imported from American company MONTALVO, and the main engine is imported from SEIMENS company.
