For semi-automatic solution, Three pieces of equipment are required for the processes from material to document file forming.

• PP raw materials are made into PP sheets by CPP cast film machine.
• PP sheets are pressed by die cutting and creasing machine and cut into document file covers according to your size requirements.
• Trough plastic document gag and file folder welding machine, the folding and sealing operations are completed automatically. Finally document files form by install buttons manually.

For the fully automatic solution, the production of document files can be finished by only two pieces of equipment.

• The document file outline forming and semi-finished product forming can be realized only by an automatic plastic file bag making machine. Automatic solution greatly shortens the process of document file molding, which can not only save labor but also greatly increase production efficiency.
